Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) at any time. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred privately to your lodge in Arusha.
Dinner and overnight in Arusha – Half Board.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Game Drive
After breakfast, enjoy a safari briefing before departing for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.
Enjoy a game drive through the park with a picnic lunch, followed by afternoon wildlife viewing.
Dinner and overnight at a campsite near Lake Manyara – Full Board.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Game Drive
Depart for Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most diverse parks. The park is home to groundwater forests, open grasslands, hot springs, and the scenic Rift Valley escarpment.
Lake Manyara is well known for its rich birdlife (over 350 species) and its famous tree-climbing lions.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Campsite – Full Board.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Game Drive
Travel towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through Olduvai Gorge, often referred to as the “Cradle of Mankind.”
Arrive in the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive across the endless plains, home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebra.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti campsite – Full Board.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Game Drive
After breakfast, depart Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Descend into the crater floor for exceptional wildlife viewing, including the chance to spot the Big Five.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before driving back to Arusha in the evening.
Dinner and overnight in Arusha – Half Board.
Day 6: Departure – Kilimanjaro International Airport
After breakfast, you will be transferred privately to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward journey.
End of Safari.
