Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart from your lodge in Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most diverse and scenic parks. Despite its small size, the park is famous for its lush groundwater forest, open grasslands, soda lake, hot springs, and the dramatic backdrop of the Great Rift Valley.
Lake Manyara is a bird lover’s paradise with over 350 bird species and is also well known for its rare tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park followed by an afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Nsya Lodge – Full Board
Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, with a stop at Olduvai Gorge, known as the “Cradle of Mankind,” where early human remains dating back over two million years were discovered.
Continue to Serengeti, meaning “endless plains,” one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. Enjoy game viewing en route to your tented camp.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the vast Serengeti plains. The park hosts an incredible diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebra.
From May to December, the Serengeti is part of the spectacular Great Migration route. Even outside migration season, wildlife viewing is exceptional throughout the year.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Descend into the crater for an unforgettable game drive.
Home to over 30,000 animals, the crater offers one of the best chances to spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) in one place. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” Ngorongoro is a highlight of any safari.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wild Tented Lodge – Full Board
Day 5: Ngorongoro – Arusha
After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and drive back to Arusha. Upon prior arrangement, you can be transferred directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward flight.
